- How the free trial worksEvery new account gets 20 free notes, with no card needed. When they're used up, choose a plan to record your next visit; your notes and templates stay as they are.
- Plans and pricesIndividual is $40 a month for 40 notes a month. Unlimited is $100 a month, or $1,080 a year. Group plans are quoted.
- What counts as a note, and when my 40 resetEach visit you record or upload that SOAPsuds writes a note for counts as one note. On Individual, your 40 notes start again on your plan's monthly renewal date; unused notes don't carry over.
- Upgrade, downgrade or cancelChange your plan on Subscription. Moving up (Individual to Unlimited, or monthly to yearly) takes effect at once; to move down, cancel and choose the smaller plan after your plan ends. A cancelled monthly plan ends as soon as you cancel; a yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
- Update your card and download receiptsOn Subscription, choose Manage billing. It opens our secure billing page, where you can change your card and download invoices and receipts.
- Pricing for a group or practiceA practice of 2 to 25 clinicians can buy Unlimited seats itself on Subscription, at the Unlimited price for each clinician. Larger groups, or practices that want referral capture, office staff seats or their own branding, get a quote: choose Ask about a Group plan.
