What you get
- 20 notes, in total. They don't reset each month.
- Every feature the paid plans have.
- No card needed to start.
Each visit you record or upload that SOAPsuds writes a note for uses one. The sample visit doesn't. The menu shows how many you have left, and so does Subscription.
When you're down to 5, a line under Start recording tells you how many are left and links to plans.
When they run out
New visit shows You've used your 20 free notes in place of the start card, so you find out before your next patient is in the room. Pick a plan and choose Continue to payment. You pay by card on our secure checkout page, then come back to SOAPsuds.
- You can still open, read, copy and download your notes.
- Your templates stay as they are.
- Visits are still deleted 30 days after the visit, plan or not.
If you record a visit with no notes left, it isn't lost. It waits on Visits under Waiting for notes for 7 days. Choose a plan, then Write the note.
If you cancel a plan later
Without a plan, the 20-note free trial limit applies again to new visits. Notes you used before count toward it.
