What every plan includes
Both clinician plans have every feature. Only the number of notes differs:
- Notes in your own template
- In person, uploaded and telehealth visits
- ICD-10-CM and CPT codes to review
- Documentation check on every note
- Clinical insights, with the visit evidence
- Copy each note or download it as a PDF
How to buy
- Open Subscription. It's in the menu.
- Choose a plan. Choose Individual or Choose Unlimited. For Unlimited, pick Monthly or Yearly first.
- Pay by card. You pay on our secure checkout page, where you can also add a promo code. Then you come back to SOAPsuds.
A practice of 2 to 25 clinicians can set itself up on the same page with Set up practice. Group plans add referral capture, office staff seats, more than 25 clinicians or your own branding. See Pricing for a group or practice.
Subscribing or cancelling doesn't delete your notes or templates. Visit records are deleted 30 days after the visit on every plan.
