A practice of 2 to 25 clinicians
Open Subscription and find Practice. Choose how many clinicians, Monthly or Yearly, and Set up practice. Each seat costs the Unlimited price: $100 a month, or $1,080 a year. The person who sets it up pays and becomes the practice's admin, accepts the BAA for the practice, and adds clinicians on Team.
A Group plan
Group plans add referral capture, office staff seats, more than 25 clinicians or your own branding. They're quoted, monthly or yearly. We don't publish Group prices.
- Open Subscription. Choose Ask about a Group plan.
- Check your details. Your name and email come from your SOAPsuds account.
- Add a little more, if you like. Clinicians in your group and Your role are optional, but they help our team reply with a quote.
- Choose Send request. Our team will email you a quote.
Nothing changes on your account while you wait. If you're on a free trial or a plan, you can keep recording visits as usual.
