Joined from an invite? Start here

Open the link in your invite email, check your name, create a password and choose Get started. Your practice has already set up your plan and the BAA, so there's nothing to pay or sign.

Set up your account

  1. Open the invite email. Tap or click the link. It works for 7 days.
  2. Check your details. The page says Join and your practice's name, and who invited you. Your name and email are already filled in. Choose Change if your name is wrong. To use another email, ask the person who invited you.
  3. Create a password. Use 8 or more characters, with a capital letter, a number and a symbol.
  4. If you record visits, answer step 2. About your work asks your role, your specialty and the name you sign notes with. You can change these later in Settings.
  5. Choose Get started. You're in.

Invite links don't have Google, Microsoft or Apple buttons. You sign in with the account your practice made for you, using your work email and the password you chose.

What your practice already set up

  • Your plan. Your practice pays for it. You don't have a free-trial count.
  • The BAA. Your practice accepts it for everyone. You don't accept one yourself.
  • Where you start. Clinicians start on New visit. Office managers start on Referrals.

Office managers don't see note text unless your practice turns that on.

If something doesn't work

  • This invite has expired: choose Email me a new link.
  • This invite link doesn't work: look for a newer invite email. If there isn't one, ask the person who invited you.
  • Your account is set up, but you can't sign in yet: your practice admin has to set up SOAPsuds for your practice first. We'll email you when you can sign in.

Email support@soapsuds.io or call +1 (703) 496 3202. Please never put patient details in an email.

Still need help?

Email support@soapsuds.io or send us a message. Please don't include patient names or details; the visit date and time is enough for us to find it.

Spend less time on notes, more time with patients.
