What you see
- From 5 notes left, a line under Start says how many are left, with a link to plans.
- The box at the bottom of the menu shows your notes left, such as Free trial · 6 of 20 notes left.
- With none left, Home shows You’ve used your 20 free notes (or You’ve used this month’s 40 notes on Individual).
Keep going
- Free trial used: choose a plan and press Continue to payment. Your notes and templates stay as they are.
- Individual, 40 notes used: your notes start again on your renewal date. To keep recording now, press Switch to Unlimited. You confirm the change first, and the card on your plan is charged.
- In a practice whose plan ended: Home says the practice’s plan has ended. You can still sign in and read your notes. Ask your practice admin to restart the plan.
Visits recorded while you were out
A visit recorded while you had no notes left isn’t lost. It waits on Visits under Waiting for notes. Once you have notes again, press Write the note. Its audio is kept for 7 days, then deleted.
