What each role sees
| Role | Sees |
|---|---|
| Clinician | Their own visits, notes and transcripts, Templates, and Settings (Note preferences, Account, Activity). |
| Practice admin | Home, Team, Templates (to look at) and Settings›Practice. In Practice visits, by default: who recorded each visit, when, and its codes, but not the note. |
| Office staff | Referrals only, never visits or notes. Settings shows their account. |
Common reasons
- The visit is someone else’s. Clinicians see only their own visits.
- The visit was deleted. Every visit is deleted 30 days after the visit, or sooner if the clinician deleted it.
- It hasn’t uploaded yet. Look under Waiting to upload on Visits, on the device and browser you recorded with.
- Your practice hasn’t turned it on. Referrals, live transcript, speaker labels and note access for practice admins are set per practice.
- You see Practice admins don’t see notes. That’s the default. SOAPsuds support can turn notes on for your practice.
- Subscription is missing. In a practice, billing is handled by the practice, so clinicians don’t see it.
Who to ask
- Clinicians and office staff: ask your practice admin.
- Practice admins: email support@soapsuds.io or call +1 (703) 496 3202. Settings›Practice shows what you can see under Who can see what.
