Back to Team and practice admin

Your practice home

Home is the practice admin's first page. It shows what needs you, your clinicians with their last visit date, this month's visit count, and your seats, plan and paperwork. It never shows patient names or note text.

Find it

A practice admin lands on Home after signing in. If you also record visits, choose Practice in the menu, just after Visits. Office staff don't have this page; they start on Referrals.

What it shows

  • Needs you. Jobs only you can do: a plan that has ended, expired or cancelled invites, and referrals to send with no one assigned. Each has one button. With nothing to do it says Nothing needs you today. A new practice sees Get your practice started here instead.
  • Team. Up to 8 clinicians with the date of their last visit. Choose Manage team to open Team.
  • The month line. One sentence such as "October so far: 4 visits." This is the practice's total. In the first 7 days of a month it reports last month.
  • Download summary. A spreadsheet (CSV) with each clinician who had visits: visits in the last 30 days, this month and last month, and their last visit date. No patient details.
  • Your practice. Seats, plan, paperwork (the BAA), how long visit records are kept, what you can see, office staff, and help for practice admins.

What it doesn't show

  • No patient names and no note text.
  • No scores, rankings or charts, and nothing about who hasn't recorded.
  • Visits older than 30 days, because visits are deleted 30 days after the visit.

If SOAPsuds set up your plan, Home shows how many clinicians you have instead of seats and plan. To change your plan, email support@soapsuds.io.
