What we can tell you now
- Visit records, including the audio, are stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after the visit. You can delete them sooner.
- Your practice’s use of SOAPsuds is covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). You can read the version you accepted from Settings›Account (or Settings›Practice for a practice admin).
- Our product analytics never receive patient details, visit text or note text. See Cookies and analytics.
